For HIV to occur, there has to be a fliud HIGH in HIV. This includes semen and pre-cum, vaginal fluids, blood and breast milk.

idiot123, Getting tested for HIV is the only thing you can do. There really is no other option. For you and your girlfriend. The chances that you did pick up the virus are slim but the possibility is still there. There are free clinics everywhere. Go to one and get tested. Also have your girlfriend do the same. Its very important that you do get tested and that she does as well. If you do have HIV then early detection and treatment is paramount to your health. You can be put on meds which usually include one or two different pills a day. thats it. Its not a death sentence if you did contract HIV as long as you follow your doctors orders. People are living long productive lives with HIV and AIDS. I have friends who have been HIV for over 20 years and are doing fine. You just have to be vigilant with your treatment,practice safe sex EVERY SINGLE TIME with out exception,sleep and eat properly and get exercise. Thats it. But I have to stress this point one more time. Get tested. Get your girlfriend tested. The clinics are free. Find out where the nearest one is and either go there or call and make an appointment.
