Possibly autism category ?

A child of 5 yrs old presented difficulty in speaking, having delayed speaking, not even calling mum and dad till now; he don\'t play much with his siblings; can only write 1,2,3,4 and nothing else; used to be a bit hyperactive but better now; quite anti-social, will hide himself under the table when having gathering where many people are around; will beat and bite his dad/ mum when unhappy/ panic.

What is the diagnosis for this? Need what treatment? Is it belongs to the category of autism?
