Hello,
Welcome back to ehealthforum,
Thanks for the repeat query,
The chances of pregnancy improve after ovarian drilling (ovulation improves by around 70-90% and pregnancy chances improve upto 60-70%). Most common cause for PCOS is insulin resistance. Your current treatment started by your doctor/gynecologist is to help you get pregnant. Continue with the treatment as started. It might take 3-5 cycles of this treatment for you to conceive (have patience). Also discuss with your treating gynecologist about getting started on insulin modifiers to help with the PCOS changes. Once changes are reversed, the current treatment will increase your chances of pregnancy.
Take care.
