I had sex with a girl on December 3rd, and my condom broke, and she had sex with another guy on January 14th, and she took a pregnancy test exactly the next week and it was positive, and she is 5 weeks today and today is February 4.. Is it still possible that the first guy (me) is the father?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the girl was during her fertile days or close to her ovulation day at the time of intercourse, the intercourse is likely to be fruitful. Urine pregnancy test kits usually start showing positive results after about 20 days post-conception (roughly corresponding to about 1 week after missed/altered periods). Consider knowing her last menstrual period dates or her expected due date to be able to see/calculate if you are the probable father of the child she is carrying. You can also consider visiting her doctor/gynecologist and see the HCG results and early ultrasound scan results to see if the probable conception date can be closer to the time when you had the intercourse.
