OMG, you have to go to the doc!!! I did the same thing, except i had a little fun with the husband, i was almost done, but still used one and forgot it was there!!!! Needless to say, it went up insdie me!!!! I was freaking out, i went to the OB and told her the story, i felt like a complete ass!!! She took it out and said i was lucky, b/c you can get toxic shock syndrome and get really sick, like in the hospital. She gave me oral meds just in case!!! I know it is embarrassing better to be safe then sorry!!! It only takes a minute, i dont think it could have fallen out, but who knows, i would def go!!! Good luck
