Q: Possible Stomach Ulcer?

Alright I am currently suffering from recurring nausea and feeling on the verge of vomiting. I have been to a medical clinic and I had blood tests done and I came up negative for bacteria called Helicobacter pylori, or H. pylori for short, which is the main cause of peptic ulcers (stomach ulcers). One of the symptoms of an ulcer is abdominal pains which I have not been having a whole lot of, but it's also the most common symptom, other symptoms include nausea, stomach pains before you eat (I haven't been able to differentiate between hunger pangs or if this symptom), pain after you eat which I have not experienced. I'm also on Nexium and today I'm going back to the clinic for a follow up. Has anyone else experienced this or can give me some advice?

Backround info
Also just some backround information, i'm 15, 114 pounds, and have been experiencing this since January of this year although it has been getting worse in the last three weeks. I hesistated on getting it checked out before because it wasn't this bad.

Symptons I experience
-Unexplained bouts of nausea, hours at a time.
-Pains before eating, feels better after I eat.
-Feeling on the verge of throwing up, hours at a time.
-Weakness and lethargy.
-I think I have been losing weight or at least haven't been able to gain weight at all.

stomach tightness
I am 31 and my tubes have been tied for 2 years, and my last period was 2 weeks ago. I am having stomach tightness ( like contractions) on and off every 5 minutes. This has been going on for about 3 days now. My stools are soft and I feel nausea sometimes. What could this be an ulcer?
