Well eversince my sex-ed classes i have been extremely paranoid about STI's/STD's

Anyway well awhile ago i found a somewhat meduim/small sized red spot on the side of my penis, mind oyu i am only 15 never had sex, no one has ever touched my penis and i just masturbate.

The spot appeared after i had masterbated quite alot and it somewhat burned so after time a scab or a red dot appeared im quite confused now.

I have searched about syphilis and my mom obviously doesn't have it, and i have never masturbated with someone else, nor had sex or oral sex.

what can it be?

Please answer i am constantly worrying cause i am a very paranoid person and i can't think straight in school. I get scared easily when it comes to this suff.

Oh and by the way i will soon begetting a blood test for my contact sports, will it detect and kind of STI?

Sorry i am a noob at this stuff.

Try using lube. This sounds like a friction burn. You get a little red spot that hurts at touch, and it may develop a crust that seeps clear fluid (blood plasma, I guess) if it gets dislodged, which tends to happen easily, because the penis is always changing length.

Lay off masturbating for a few days, and see if it doesn't go away. When it heals, try whacking it with the other hand for awhile, and of course if you don't use lube, you should acquaint yourself with the stuff. It helps.

You excoriated your skin on your penis. As Jubilance said, try using lube.

another suggestion, it might be a "sweat bump" maybe try cleaning up better, it sounds kinda like a zit, or an ingrown hair... my husband gets those when he works alot, try using baby powder especially if you work out alot. and DEFIANTLY what they said, lay off the masturbation for a few days, but use lube, try a water based, it cleans up the best and no skin irritation either Smile

No way to get an STD from masturbation. No way to transmit the virus.
