Breast tissue responds to the hormonal changes in your body that occur during menstrual cycle. The symptoms could be due to the changes in the breast tissue in response to the hormonal changes before your period. If you have noticed any other obvious changes in breast, consider getting an examination done by your doctor/gynecologist. If there has been history of breast cancer in your family, you should consider getting a screening mammogram along with tumor marker test done will be helpful to predict your chances of developing breast cancer.
