I may have had a seizure. I was asleep on a couch when all of a sudden I felt my whole body not be able to move I felt my eyes flutter and my tongue pressed against the roof of my mouth I could barely move it back and forth. I was alone at the time but midway through Im pretty sure I saw someone come in and move behind me behind the couch and start running his finger on the bill of my baseball cap. Im sure of it this person was not real. I tried to call out help but my mouth wouldnt let me all I could do was breath for the help not actually say the words. Im not sure if this was adream or not because as soon as it was over I woke up and everything was normal nobody was there when it happened
any advice would be greatly appreciated
