Hello. I am 18 years old and have always had light irregular periods. This is mainly due to irregular eating patterns and being slightly underweight (45kilos for 1m55), I am also a vegetarian, although i very rarely eat meat.

-On the 25th of May I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I took the morning after pill less than five hours after intercourse. I then had my period on the 9th June, it lasted two days but was rather light.

- On the 23rd i also had unprotected sex. I took the B pill the next day, so maximum 15hours or so after intercourse. I had my periods at the expected date, so on the 30th of June. During my period I noticed what looked like lumps in the discharge. That same day i started taking the Pill (the one that you take everyday)

- At the moment I have been feeling very tired, bloated, and my breasts are rather painful. I have a loss of appetite and sometimes ( 6 times or so) i have felt nauseated. This could also be due to the fact that i have started the pill for the first time (it had a similar effect on my mother), and that i have been very busy at the moment with exams and social activities. I am also rather stressed about the possibility of being pregnant, because it would not be possible for us to keep it as we are both still students

- I have been therefore worried that I am pregnant so today i decided to take a pregnancy test. This morning I urinated into a cup (letting a bit go first taking only the second half or so) and went out to get a test from the pharmacy. This whole procedure taking no more than 45min or so. I used the test as instructed and it came back negative. I was wondering if the cup had residue in or something this might have affected the test, or maybe even leaving the urine standing for too long.

Thank you for your time and aid, i tried to be as precise as possible.

Extremely eHealthy
You are describing all the side effects from the pill. I do not think that you are pregnant.

ok, today i took another pregnancy test (in the morning, following all instructions) and it came back negative.

but since i woke up this morning i have been getting abdominal pains. They are not extreme just noticeable. Could this be due to the pill, pregnancy, or trapped wind???
I also am just getting over a cystitis.

Thank you
