Possible Prostate issues.

ok I have been experiencing some discomfort I believe in my prostate area. I'm 34 years old and I have had testicular cancer when I was 18. Lately for the past year or so I have noticed that from time to time I have some discomfort between my rectum and scrotum and it's really only uncomfortable while I'm walking. Never when I sit. Also from time to time I have had a discomfort erection but I only noticed when I tried to push the erection and face my penis downward. Some times I feel like I will get a sharp pain through the tip of my penis as well. These symptoms also come and go never constant. I pee often. But I don't have any pain in my back or no blood in urine or semen. I don't believe I have had a painful ejaculation. But I may have just forgotten. If someone could tell me the most likely issue.
