Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The ‘pimples’ could be the openings of the various ducts of sweat and sebaceous glands in the region. Do not try to pick at them or burst them.
If you are very much concerned, get them examined by your healthcare provider/gynecologist to make sure that they are nothing to worry about.
Take care.
