I have been struggling with abdominal pain for about 7 months now. For the past 3 months I have been seeing a specialist about it. Through multiple tests(endoscopy, HIDA scan, Ultra sound, lots of blood work and CT) quite a few things have been dismissed, however, the CT apparently showed a hiatal hernia. On my follow up visit the doctor said it was still doubtful that the hernia was the cause of my pain and requested more tests. Upon looking at the tests she ordered, I was disturbed to see her notes. Though she had not mentioned it to me during our visit, her notes state "hypoechoic mass seen on the pancreas also lesions seen in the liver" the tests ordered are an MRCP (74182) and blood work CA 19-9. The long and short of it is should I be concerned about this mass on the pancreas or lesions in the liver? Suffice to say I am actually very panicked awaiting the tests themselves. what do I do

Welcome to e health forum.

The test results can be due to benign cysts which appear as hypoechoic lesions in the scans.

Getting anxious about test results which have not yet been intimated to you is highly unproductive.

You should relax for the time being, and with due time your doctor will let you know the underlying condition and the treatment required for it.
