Q: possible oral cancer symptoms ?

Started about 5 days ago getting progressively worse each day. Right behind my front two teeth on the soft palette, it is red and swollen to the touch. Is moving up to the middle of the roof of my mouth, when I press on it with my tongue I can feel pressure in my nose. I have no cold, fever, and otherwise feel fine.
