Q: Possible neural issues

I am 17 years old 4 foot 11 and weigh 98 pounds I have been experimenting foot cramps in my whole left foot along with tingling in my right foot for a couple of days now and they have not gotten any better they have seem to get worse.
I do not know if this will help but here is a list of my health history

childhood cancer in 2002 ( i had CMML one that is mainly seen in senior citzen men)
My spleen was removed
I had a bone marrow transplant along with strong chemo
I have asthma
I have hypothyriodism
i get sinus infections all the time
i have cronic dry eye in my left eye
i am losing the visson in my left eye
i have NF1
I alsop have a non growing growth in my brain
i also have dry mouth

I have never injured my foot

the only thig that i have ever had done to my foot was that i had a couple of my toe nails removed because they were infected

It is hard to give a definitive diagnosis based on the data you provided. It is possible that you might be experiencing a neural issue. The cramps and the tingling sensations might be due to a formation that puts pressure on the nerves. Whether the location of this formation is in the spine or along the nerves can not be determined without further additional diagnostic procedures: a physical exam by a neurologist, a CT scan or MRI of the spine, and additional tests for the foot nerves.
