I am not sure if you would be experiencing HIV symptoms after a month.Some people do experience flu like symptoms that are moderate after a few weeks but most cases are non symptomatic and the people who are infected don't feel any different for months or years. It is always better to be safe than sorry so get tested. Go to the free clinic if you would rather not see your doctor and tell them exactly what is going on with you.They will be able to direct you to which test to take and explain to you everything that you may have questions about. No matter the outcome, it is best to know so you can deal with it and live a long and happy and healthy life.HIV is not a death sentence any more and people are living long and normal lives with the virus.I am living proof!
