I have a few symptoms of HIV that I am concerned with. About 6 months ago I had brief unprotected sex with a woman. I now 6 months later have had periods of fatigue in my arms. I also have a small bump that has appeared inside my upper lip it is small and is not discolored. It has been there for about 3 weeks now. Also lately I noticed my tongue is slightly white, Im not sure if it is thrush as it doesnt seem very thick or too patchy. I am going crazy, I have an appointment to get tested this week. Does this sound like possible HIV? The white tongue which I started to notice about a month ago is my most concerning symptom. Other than that I feel/look fine. No fevers, night sweats, i dont think my glands are swollen, no dry cough. I also smoke and I havent been the best caretaker of my mouth. only brushing once to twice a day rarely used mouthwash or floss. Not sure if that has anything to do with the whiteness on the tongue.
