i have stomach pain which leaves my stomach feeling tight. it is not heartburn or indigestion. standing or lying straight out results in sharp shooting pains through the stomach however curling up eases the pain antacids and Lansoprazole do nothing to ease the pain. any suggestions to what it may be? also results in loose stools as well however this only seems to occur at night.
