My daughter is just shy of turning 5 months old. SHe just saw her pedi this past Monday and was given a clean bill of health. SHe is being treated by a specialist for acid refluc and a protein allergy so she has not been able to keep down rice cereal, oatmeal, or baby food bananas. SHe is also on Infant Neocate, which is a tier 3 formula and after this there is no where else to go. We were told that the formula could reconstipate our daughter and if it did to give her prune juice..However my baby sitter brought my dauhter to me yesterday at work rather early because she had a screaming fit for about 45 minutes and when she finally passed her bowel movement the sitter changed her diaper and found that the stools were rock solid and there was blood in her diaper as well as a bubbly near her anal area. I called her pedi's office yesterday and they said if it wasn't any better or if it got worse she would need to be brought in, so my daughter is on her way but if it is a hemhorroid, what do they do for infants that young? And what can be done about her all ready bland diet as we can have her on no other formula?

I am having the same issue with my daughter. Poor thing. Did you end up taking your daughter to the Dr? if so what did they do to help? I really don't want to take DD if i really don't have to.
