I get a pain in my belly button that migrates to my groin area. It feels like a string is attached to both ends and is pulling on it. It only last for a few mins. I have have pain in my shoulders that worsens when I breath in. I have gained weight. I feel bloated and extremly full after I eat. I have had thyroid check, hormones checked. All normal. Could this be my gallbladder? Has anyone with galllbladder problems ever had these symptoms?? I have a family memeber that had her gallbladder removed. She described the same symptoms I am having.

It's hard to determine what it is without a series of tests to rule out what it isn't. Gallbladder symptoms can include what you describe, so, it is possible. An ultrasound will check for presence of gallstones which can tell you if something is or might get blocked up in the future. A HIDA Scan will test the efficiency of your gallbladder and how well it fills / emptys.
