Hi, i've been told by the doctor that i have epididymitis(or at least thats what i think he said) but im not sure my symtoms are the same as described on internet pages.

I do not feel any pain - just what feels like testicle sized hydrocele or something.

Internet also says it is caused by STDs or clamydia or something but i havent had sex... so im not sure where i stand now.
