Last year I gained a lot of weight and at the peak of my weight gain my ex dumped me for a much thinner girl. I lost weight after that because I was depressed about the break up and had no appetite. I lost the weight I gained but after a while I started gaining again. When someone asked me if I gained weight then I started dieting on purpose. I am right now 45kg and 157cm and my weight loss goal is to be slimmer than the girl my ex dumped me for.

I don't think I have any symptoms of anorexia and I don't see myself as fat. But I don't want to gain weight again. Could it be possible that I am seeing this other girl as skinnier then she really is and have a distorted image of her body which is unhealthy for me considering my weight loss goal is to be thinner than her?

157cm and 45kgs, I think you are in the right proportion, a bit on the thinner if you take your BMI into consideration, The right weight is 50kgs. Do not worry about your dimensions. Rather focus on your shape. even if you are in the right weight proportion, you will not look beautiful if you dont have a proportionate body. Focus on that. Have Balanced diet and workout for the right shape.
