Q: Possible concussion treatment

So my girlfriend has a really messed up family, and they control every aspect of her life. It's not fair at all. Anyways, today her mom and grandmother screamed at her to leave me or they'll take her car, phone, and make her move out.

On her way home she stopped on the side of the road and slammed her head against the window, apparently approximately 12 times, then called me crying uncontrollably. She told me she thought she broke her nose, and hit the top and sides of her head, and her face.

She does have some nausea and a headache, dizziness, slurred speech and some other symptoms.

I've insisted she go to the hospital, but will they treat her if it is self-inflicted? I'm really worried about internal bleeding of the brain...
