My daughter was swimming in our pool yesterday, has been in it many time before, others were in the pool too. My daughter developed blister-like sores under the straps of her bathing suit. No where else. We checked the pool water and the only thing notable was the PH level was low. What could have caused it and what can we do for her discomfort.
