Given the data you provided (itching around penis area, applying lotion), you might have caused irritation of the skin and the penile mucosa. Lack of redness and lack of any pimples, papules, warts or similar skin changes might indicate that there is no infection. However, this cannot be determined for sure without visiting a dermatologist or venerologist. If no infection is detected, then stopping use of the lotion or any other products might help the skin to recover.

As for the ejaculation even when you kiss, you might have been experiencing premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is a condition in which the male cannot control ejaculation and cannot postpone it. How long it takes for the ejaculation not to be premature is a matter of debate among doctors. There are various theories about what might be causing premature ejaculation. Certain of them indicate physical and others indicate psychological factors.

It is well known that sexual arousal tends to increase in males that do not have frequent intercourse and do not frequently masturbate. If this is the case, then masturbation shortly before intercourse might extend the sexual intercourse and prevent premature ejaculation. Practicing relaxation techniques and turning your thoughts on something else might also be helpful.

You might want to visit a urologist to check if there are any physiological causes for the premature ejaculation.
