Possible bulging / herniated disc

By looking at my profile picture, I was wondering if any light could be dawned on my worries... I had fallen off of a water tower in July of "07", granted my fall was only all of 6 ft., the position in which i fell was in an upright position in a OSHA approved harness that was too large. I have had multiple MRI's Bone Scans, X-Ray's Injections of both steroids and nerve blocks( all of which have come back negative). All testing that has been done has been in a lying down position, and only as of recent had I gone to an weighted upright position (profile pic)... I have never had any pain in my lower back in my life, as I had started working labor intensive jobs at the age of 11... Compensation Dr.'s have denied all claims from me as there to be any proof that there should be pain in my loower back, as well as an itching, burning, tingling, stretching sensation thru my r buttocks into the back of my right thigh, to the r side of my r knee, down the r side of my r calf, into my foot w the 2 small toes going numb after long time sitting, standing, and/or walking. The only time of relief is when I am in the lying down position... I have multiple images and would send more if needed... Thank you... Tchester...
