A couple of months ago (maybe 3,I started having severe itching under my arms and on my breasts, especially the left one. The nipple would itch so badly, it drove me crazy. I have always itched on the backs of my legs due to a skin condition, but never in this area. 2-3 weeks ago, my fiance saw something on the underside of my left breast. It appeared to be a bruise about the size of a small apple. It has not gone away and looks very funny in color. According to the symptoms you describe (severe breast itching, “bruise” with a small central lump on L breast underside, absence of pain and fluid coming out of the left nipple), it seems you might be experiencing a kind of breast tumor with an unknown origin. However, nothing could be presumed without seeing it. A prompt visit to your family doctor would be a most advisable next step. Your family physician might want to refer you to a thoracic surgeon, who, most likely, will do a physical examination, mammography, (ultrasound, if needed) and a lump biopsy, if necessary.

These few diagnostic tests will prove the nature of your condition and direct you to a proper treatment. Moreover, whenever there is a breast condition in question, smoke cessation is highly recommendable.
