So, I am not sure if this is posted in the appropriate place. I used to play tennis six hours a day (tennis director) and I was very active in my lessons. Along with this, I used to play on my own, tournaments, swim, run, and ride my bike. I injured my knee and had to stop exercising for a bit. I have recently gotten back into working out, but run into problems when I do. I get out of breath really fast and start to get horribly pain in my jaw and throat. I cannot take a deep breath when this happens. After resting for a little bit, my jaw pain seems to go away. I am not sure if this could be a sign of exercise induced asthma or if this is just my being out of shape. I have gained about fifteen lbs while my knee has been recovering. I also have been getting sick a lot due to my tonsils and will be getting them out soon. I am only 21 years old, but the jaw pain makes me nervous thinking about heart problems. Is this something I should be worried about with all these factors, or is it just my being out of shape? Thanks.
