Hey Everyone.

My daughter is 4 years old. She turns 5 in May and started Kindy this year.

Today her teacher pulled my wife aside and said shwas really concerned with my daughters behaviour. She is does not listen to anything that is being said to her. Warnings dont work, time outs dont work and they have to send her to principle on a daily basis.

he teacher believes it may be ADD or ADHD.

I dont see it.

My daughter is able to sit and watch a movie...which she does daily. She will sit and read her books or play with her dolls house for ages. There only seems to be a problem when you are talking to her. Even at home we cant keep eye contact with her as she always has a toy to look at or something to distract her.

The teacher is also concerned as recently my own Personality Disorder has had a major impact on the house with me being taken by police on a few occassions to hospital, my daughters behavour was not effected at all by this.

The teacher believes she should have acted out or there would be a change but its like my daughter does not care.

Her teacher is saying she shows no remorse.

What can I do?

What is going on with her?

I always thought she was a good girl who just refused to listen to anyone.
