Q: Possibility of STDs

iv had unprotected sex with a girl for about a half an hour, the day after the having sex i relised i had about a dozen of red spot on the tip/head of my penis , it is not itchy. i dont knw wat it is and i need to knw ASAP

It is hard to say what the spots are without seeing them. You might want to visit a dermatovenerologist and check for the usual sexually transmitted diseases. If none of them is present, there is still a possibility of bacterial infection in which case adequate (antibiotics?) would be recommended.
