Q: Possibility of phimosis
asked by: DoctorQuestion on September 29th, 2008
My question is regarding sex life. I have never got a professional guidance on the process of sex/ intercourse. I have seen in adult movies that the foreskin on the penis will move back from the head while having sex. I masturbate regularly. But my skin has never gone beyond the head of penis. I have tried pushing it back; but it looked like painful; and I could reach peak without that.

Please advice if this a medical condition that needs more examination? Will I be able to lead a normal sex life? I'm planning for marriage by end of this Deecmber.

Look forward for your advice.

Sexual Health - Men Answer A4782
Current medical status: The skin on penis does not move back from the head
Current medical treatment: Not consulted a Doctor.

Given your description (can't move back the foreskin on the penis) you might have phimosis. Men with phimosis can't reach full erection and usually have difficulties during the sex. Masturbation may not be affected because you don't need a full erection to masturbate.

You may want to consult a urologist about your problem.
