What if the sore was opened? T_T?

Thank you, that relieves much of my fears and worries. I wish to be more educated, so can you please explain why the possibility is relatively zero? I mean I had a open sore on my genital and maybe HIV infected toilet water splashed into the sore, wouldn't that be the right circumstance for acquiring HIV? but that GOD I feel so much less worried :]

HIV can not live outside the body...oxygen kills it within secants...let me know if you have any other questions.

whatever. I am NOT playing games with you. I was able to spell VERY WELL before I had a stroke so forgive me for not being 100% on some words. and I thought you were a nice person.... you come here asking for help and advise and then have the nerve to insult me. Sorry I had a stroke OK...right after my stroke I could not read or write at all so I have come a long way,thank you very much!!!

I was in therapy for 6 months learning how to read and write all over again and my therapist said I was doing great so take your insults and keep them to yourself.You don't know me and you have NO idea what I have been threw. I cant believe how ungrateful some people can be...heartless and insensitive also... shame on you for being cruel and jumping to conclusions without even knowing me or what I have been threw...you need to learn respect and you need to watch how you address other people.Some people have been threw a lot in life and have done there best to educate themselves on HIV as well as other illnesses and struggles in life. I don't know why you thought it was OK to slam me like that when I was doing nothing but being kind to you. Grow up.

OH NONO sorry, that is not the way I meant it. I thought you were just a younger mate coming online giving information to me, so I initially felt worried about my circumstances again. I mean there are a lot of youngsters on the internet running around giving out unreliable information and quite frankly they don't have the best spelling or grammar. Homerx I have much respect in you and admire your courage of what you have been through, and you must understand that was not a personal comment to offend you in any way shape or form. I am truly truly sorry and I beg for forgiveness, I am just a humble guy that was truly looking for some help, so I am VERY sorry, I guess I talked through my emotions first, because I was all calm when you said there was zero possibility, and when you misspelled the word I foolishly assumed you were a younger guy coming on giving unreliable information. HomerX my apologies to you truly I do not wish harm to anyone in the world. I truly grieve in the inside and I feel ashamed of myself for hurting your feelings. Once again please accept my apology. I truly admire and respect you for your experience and for helping me out. Sorry.

Sorry if I got overly sensitive.It is a very touchy subject, my reading and spelling skills...or lack there of. I was an avid reader and writer of poetry and short stories before I had my stroke.It broke my heart to no longer be able to read or write and I guess I am still overly sensitive about it..so I apologize as well. If it wasn't for spell check I wouldn't be able to write at all
I worked in a hospital for several years and have AIDS...I know what I am talking about.

I respect everyone in this world, but those who've experienced hell and back has a special place in my heart, those individuals truly touches me and gives me a strong sense of admiration. Homer much much much admiration to you. Just the though of having HIV puts me in complete disorientation, You are a very strong person and I respect you very much. I am just really paranoid right now that I might of got something from that public toilet, you know, you don't want someones urine going into an abrasion on your genital area, so please understand that I am not in my right mind as of now. T_T

no worries...and if it will make you feel better,go to the clinic and get tested..It couldn't hurt but I know you cant get it the way you described...as far as the misunderstanding,its all good. Peace!

T_T = a person crying, the T's are the eye with tears falling and the _ is the mouth so it is T_T. Oh and by the way, is it possible for acute HIV symptoms to appear in the first 1-3 days of suspected exposure?

oh ..I get it T_T...got it...and no, symptoms couldn't appear so rapidly..

Thank you again :] because the following day I started getting rashes, which I just realized it was mosquito bites from leaving the windows open during my sleep. I guess being paranoid can make you think everything for the worst, these bad coincidences lately makes me paranoid..first that incident on the toilet, the next day i break into rash (mosquito bite I think), followed by indigestion -.-, and being tired..Well homer thanks. I guess I will come back for more questions. bye.
