Q: Possibility of female ejaculation
asked by: DoctorQuestion on July 24th, 2009
I haven't really been very sexually active for the past year because all of a sudden I started to have some abdominal pain and an intense urge to pee during sex. In an effort to overcome this issue, I started using a vibrator in the shower and ignoring the urge to see what would happen. Usually what happens is I urinate- or maybe it's a g-spot orgasm, I really can't tell. It's often yellow and while it's not odorless, it doesn't smell exactly the same as urine. I've been doing this every day with the same results. My period began on the 27th of June and ended approximately July 3rd, but then I started to get some brown discharge a few days later with a little bit of bright red mucous mixed in. This lasted for about a week, and really worried me. Now it started again on the 23rd and I don't know if my period is just really early or what, but my period has never been irregular like this, and certainly has never lasted 2 weeks. I think I should also mention that I've had a drastic change

Referring to the data you provided (intense urge to urinate during intercourse, in the end resulting with yellowish fluid that does not smell exactly like urine), it is possible that you might be experiencing female ejaculation. Female ejaculation fluid is produced by the bulbourethral glands and its excretion usually cannot be controlled during intense sexual stimuli. The condition is considered quite normal.

As for the brown discharge a few days after your period ended, it might be old menstrual blood finally expelled. However, other conditions which might cause the early menstrual period have to be taken in consideration.

You might want to visit your gynecologist for a physical examination.
