Why won;t this get better the itch is severe by a while I mean going on a year but its now getting worse. After intercourse its real bad. She was tested for std's there were none. I was tested for urinat infection none were present. The itch is so bad it will wake you up. It also feels like you are being poked with needles sometimes like a bug bite. When you scratch it gets bright red and itches worse. If I get in the bath tub it get worse and I break out in my groin area. I have uses this cream we both have constant for the last 2 months and it still wont go away. Any suggestions?

Current medical status: red itchy testicles. I have been to the doctor and my wife has also went to ob/GYN heat make it worse. Its been like this for a while now nothing gets rid of it.
Current medical treatment: gave cream to put on it and she was given antibotics the cream is micolg 2

According to your description (red and itchy skin above the testicles) you probably have a kind of skin inflammation (dermatitis). The inflammation could be due to an infection (bacterial, fungal…), but it can also be due to an irritation or an allergy. If inflammation is caused by an allergy (eczema), cream that contains corticosteroids could be very helpful.

You may consult a dermatologist about your problem.
