Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your current symptoms could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. A blood/serum HCG test done will accurately confirm/rule out pregnancy. If pregnancy gets ruled out, you should consider getting a thorough infertility work-up done for both you and your partner to identify any underlying problems for infertility. Once the cause/any abnormality is identified, appropriate treatment can be started to help you get pregnant. Visit your gynecologist/obstetrician at the earliest.
Serial serum HCG levels done would also help in knowing if pregnancy is going on smoothly. If levels are found to be lower, external supplementation can be done to prevent chances of miscarriage.
Take care.
