Did you see the test? Is it possible that she lied about the result? Or did she leave the test sitting too long? It's possible that what she mistook for a positive was actually an evaporation line. Pregnancy test results are considered invalid after 10 minutes.

It's possible that she was pregnant and had a miscarriage. It's also possible that she's still pregnant and is just experiencing some bleeding.

Take her to the doctor and find out what's going on. Good luck.
