I have had multiple symptoms over the past few years, but the doctors insist that there is nothing wrong.
Please review and tell me what you think.

It all begin with a sinus infection, that was treated with antibiotics. In addition i had been experienced severe joint pain and sweeling especially in my hands, so the doc. did a blood work up and the results showed that i had a positive ANA (antinuclear antibodies).
I was also slighly anemic, so my doctor referred me to a rheumatologist, because he assumed i had Lupus. After further blood work done by the rheumy it turned out that i also had inflammation in my body, however she insisted that i did not have Lupus.

Here it is 2 years later and i still have not been diagnosed, however the joint pain has gone.
Instead the joint pain has now been replaced with a very faint body odor, which it seems only i can smell.
Let me add that i am a very clean individual, so i am 99% sure it is stemming from illness.
recently i went to my OBGYN thinking that i could have a yeast infection, but turns out it was strep B.
I was treated with ampicillin for 7 days.

I have recently been to my primary care physician and the only thing wrong was a vitamin D defiencieny and slight anemia.

Is it possible that i had a strep infection for 2 years?
Could the body odor be a skin infection as a result of the strep?
I should add that i have no skin lesion to think it is a skin infection.

PLEASE HELP!
