I do not have sinusitis or a cold , but while shopping yesterday I began to experience severe dizziness . It was so bad that I had to stop and go home . I later realized that the dizziness was worse depending on the position of my head. I also realized that as I turned my head in different positions I could hear what sounds like drainage of some sort in my nasal area. There is also accompanied pain in my head when I hold it back or forward too long . What can this be?
