Classical migraine is associated with headache, aura and nausea/vomiting towards the end of the attack. The underlying causes for migraine are varied like vascular, neurotransmitter etc. However, some food articles like chocolate, aged cheeses and meats, wine & beer (sulfites and citrus fruits can precipitate an attack. If the pork is aged, it can also cause headache. Naturally, avoidance of these triggering dietary articles will definitely help. Thank you.
