About a month ago I began taking martial arts classes. While martial arts is new to me, I've been physically active for years now. Recently we learned something called a stomp kick. In doing a stop kick, you weight is shifted back and your leg is brought up and then down, in a stomping motion. While doing this, I could hear a popping sound from my hip, and a weird tugging feeling in the same area. I also felt a slight pain. I've never felt this before and it doesn't happen when doing the same kick with the other leg.
