Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The fluttery feeing could be your baby moving inside the uterus. Usually women tend to feel the baby movements after 24 weeks of pregnancy. The stomach will start looking and getting bigger now as the baby grows inside. Avoid positions of intercourse that allow very deep penetration and pressure on the abdomen. Do not have rough intercourse during this time. It can lead to miscarriage.
Take care.
