My husband was diagnosed w/ polyps years ago, but until recently hasn't had any problems. For the last week he has been having extreme pain in his gums and feeling pressure in the sinus area around the nose, he has also been having severe headaches. He has tried pouring water into the nasal cavity w/ one of the "tea pots" but it hasn't been real successful. would he better off to try some otc nasal spray, or maybe flush w/ cold salt water. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
