Q: polymyositis

I have polymyositis and RA I ws diagnosed when I was 16 years old. I am on Enbrel and prednisone, I just want to know if it is possible to have a normal healhty baby. I am now 23 and think about it alot. Has anyone have pts with succesful pregnancy's.

I had a son...however...

August 15, 2007 my son was born healthy, but dead. He was tangled in the ambilical cord. So... I don't know if other women have had healthy babies while having polymyositis, BUT I DID. Don't give up! I am pregnant now, and doing fine. I was diagnosed when I was 19, it's good to here that I am not alone.
