i have seen similar post on this page and i thought it was good to contribute, yes i am 32 and with POF,i went for 3 months with no periods, had bad hot flushes and night sweats, bloting, Temper.. it was just bad, went to my gyno and was put on HRT, in a months time all was well apart from the breast tenderness and dry vaginal, and heavey periods, the doc said i must take them for my bones and skin, for the last one year i have been on HRT till a month ago, when found a tablet called Macafem which is a natural way to elevate the hot flushes and most of the other symtoms, anyway for the last one month, i have been on them, the tab is proving to be working though i get two to three hot flushes a day, and am hoping this will stop as i continue... i told my doc of this but she did not approve and want me to take the HRT, i have decided to Give Macafem a test , so my fingers are crossed i get my periods and the flushes stop... then am gonna keep taking it. Check on the Net how Macafem works , i have a feeling its a great tab... its been my paryer that i will have a child one day ... lets keep praying !!!

Ohcalcuta, i know it sounds bad not to listen to your Gyno, at least i expected an explanation on why not this and why the other is good. + since every time i get to ask questions the answer i get is you have no choice but take the HRT, we have really never come to deep dicussion on the issue and enough time i feel the service am getting is not complete... am actualy contemplating on changing my gyno.
