I had hernia repair 5 years ago I have sever testicle pain that had been getting worse over years the only relief is from sex I had an MRI of the groin I was told there is a pie sized pocket of fluid next to the repair and it is post surgery I have not gotten any recommendations on what to do about it the pain is getting worse and returns sooner after a release any thoughts

If the reports of MRI are correct then a revised surgery to clear the abnormal pocket may be necessary.
