Q: Pneumonia while pregnant

so i had pneumonia for the last 3 weeks..i just found out i was pregnant yesterday..i was on a bunch of medicines that clearly state do nt take if pregnant..i was on prednisone..and a steroid inhaler for breathing..doxycyclne (antibiotic)... mucinex and sudafed..i am a young mom only 21..but i do not want to abort..i dont feel its right for me..i am just VERY nervous that my baby will not be healthy if i keep it..another thing is i have been losing weight unintentionally...i lost 10 lbs last week without trying..and bc i found out i was pregnant yesterday i seriosuly ate alot of healthyish food i had ham sweet potatoes biscuits jello..like full on meal for dinner...i lost another 2 lbs...im scared..i have also been getting very painful pains in my lower stomache..sometimes sharp sometimes achy..for the last 48 hrs.. and when i woke up this morning a bunch of watery very watery discharge fell out when i stood up... i am just very scared for my babys health and i still have pneumonia but i stopped taking the medicines.. any advice would be great.. i need to ease my mind
