Pneumonia I still get pain in my once infected lung

How long does it take for pneumonia to clear?

I had a bad case of CAP with ITU admission and intubation last September. Since then I have recovered well and go about my day to day life as normal. However, I still get pain in my once infected lung every time I yawn or breathe deeply. I also still cough up phlegm and try to clear my throat all day, every day. Is this normal? My follow up appointment at the hospital has been postponed 4 times now (by the hospital). I was supposed to be seen in March, but has since been put back to August.
