Hey
I am 13 and started getting my periods about 2 years ago. Since then, I never know when to expect it. Sometimes i get it 2 months in a row, sometimes I go 4 months without menstruating.
Also I get severe PMS, diharea, and sick to my stomach every time. Sometimes I even throw up.
Any advice?

If i was you i would go to your doctor and ask him for advice about it because if it is causing you pain then you need to get something done hope you feel better soon Jenny
