Q: Plugged painful ear

My ear has been plugged for several days now.. It hurts like heck ... I went to the doctor .. she said its nothing ... just allergies, but i don't know...I'm taking mucinex, sudafed pe, and painkillers, and putting some ear drops.... did this happen to anyone else? If so what did you guys do???
