Did you get the same symptoms this spring or they continued for all year?
Do you have runny and stuffy nose?
Are you getting tearing eyes?
Do you often feel grumpy or moody and without energy?

well it started off last spring.. my head felt like a sponge.. it went away til like a week ago... things just don't seem really kinda foggy... sometimes i'm off balance.. but really bright lights bug me and make me feel kind of anxious.. and i seem kind of forgetful.. and i'm really stressing over it... my head kinda feels hollow!!! i have been using flonase but it really doesn't seem to help... i'm just wondering if i'm thinking about it to much?!?!!? maybe that's making things worse.. i don't know that's why i need some input...

Eyes sensitive to light, stiffed nose that leads to stiffed ears, poor sleep, loss of energy, mood swings, lack of concentration, are all symptoms of allergic rhinitis that usually takes longer to develop after the person has been exposed to the certain allergen.
Anxiety and stressing can bring on headaches and neck tension.
